In the 1st living room you will a find two sofa's, some cabinets and lights. From this living room
there is a large sliding door to the terrace and the pool area. The 2nd living room also has also two
sofa's, cabinets and a large widescreen TV (43", satellite, with a number of English spoken channels for
sports, news and movies) and a DVD-player according to both European and American standards. So, feel free
to bring your own DVD's to enjoy some movies during your holiday. A second TV (DVD only, no TV-signal) is
in the 1st living room.
Are you coming during Christmastime? We will arrange a nicely decorated and illuminated Christmas
tree!
In the separate dining room there is a large table with chairs. From the dining room two doors lead to
the covered porch, which is about 40 sq. meters (about 450 sq. feet); you will always find a shaded seat,
regardless the time of day.
From the dining room you will go to the large kitchen, with all appliances you are used to at home:
large stove, oven, microwave, fridge (incl. Icemaker and cold water dispenser), dishwasher, blender, toaster
and coffeemaker. A large double sink with warm water (not a very common thing in holiday apartments on Curaçao!)
makes the kitchen complete. In the middle of the kitchen there is a 'working island'. Most appliances are
recent (2004).
The ground floor also has a separate toilet/WC and there is a 5th bedroom. This room has air
conditioning too.
In the home you will find several phone jackets; incoming calls are free of charge. For outgoing calls you can
buy a phone card.
For the use of Internet a high speed DSL connection (wired and wireless) is available. So, bring your own
laptop and just connect. This service is, due to high costs of DSL on Curacao, available at a small charge.
Furthermore, there is a washing machine and a dryer, of which the use is complimentary during your
stay. You only have to buy your own detergent (most common brands can be bought in the large supermarkets).
The garage in front of the home is used privately (storing our own things and extra items to make your
stay comfortable), so this part can not be used.
